An AI Video Generator With No Watermark on the Export
A watermark is a pricing decision, not a technical one. Here is exactly what is in the MP4 HexUGC hands you, why the metadata is stripped as well, and what a clean file does not get you.
A watermark is a badge a tool burns into your video so that a free tier advertises itself. HexUGC does not add one. What you download is a 1080 by 1920 H.264 MP4 with an AAC audio track, nothing drawn on the frame except the captions if you asked for them, and the file metadata stripped. There is no free tier here, so there is nothing in the export that needs to sell you the paid one.
What is actually in the file
Every scene is rendered to a normalised 1080 by 1920 segment and the segments are concatenated by ffmpeg into one final MP4. Native 9:16, H.264 video, AAC audio, ready to upload without a re-encode.
Nothing else is drawn on it. No corner logo, no intro card, no end frame, no "made with" bumper. Captions are a checkbox in the Create wizard and it is off by default. Tick it and word-synced captions are burned in, timed from the voiceover's own word timings rather than guessed. Leave it and the frame carries only your character.
The metadata is stripped as well
This is the part most people do not think to ask about, and if you hand files to a client it is worth more than the watermark question. When the final MP4 is written we drop every input and global tag, the chapters, the creation timestamps, and even the encoder fingerprint that ffmpeg leaves behind by default.
So the delivered file has no title, no comment, no source timestamps and no tool name sitting in its tags. A video that names its own production chain in metadata is not really yours to present, whatever the pixels look like.
Why watermarks exist at all
They are a pricing decision. A tool that lets you generate before you pay needs the output to advertise, so the free export carries a badge and removing it is the thing you are actually buying later. That model is reasonable, it is just a different bargain from ours.
We went the other way: you pay from the first generation. A 10 second voiced video is 28 credits, which puts Starter ($15 a month) at roughly 10 videos and Creator ($30) at roughly 21, and a failed generation refunds its credits to your balance. Nothing is held back from the file to give the upgrade something to unlock.
What a clean file does not mean
It does not mean the video is undetectable as AI, and you should not plan around that. Generative image and video models increasingly carry invisible provenance signals in their own output, platforms are building detection on top of those signals, and the platforms separately ask you to declare synthetic media when you post. A clean export is about ownership and presentation. It is not a way to pass a generated video off as filmed, and the accounts that try are the ones that get pulled.
What this does not do
HexUGC is not an editor. What comes out of the compose step is final: there is no timeline for trimming a beat, adding your own handle to the corner, or attaching an end card, so take the MP4 into any normal editor if you want those. The caption style is fixed as well, white and bold in the usual short-form treatment, with no style picker.
It also does not post for you. There is no publishing or scheduling to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, so you download the file and upload it yourself. Videos are made one at a time, and there is no free trial or free credits, so the first generation is a paid one. The full workflow covers what happens before the export.
Where to start
Make one video, open the file, and check it against whatever you use today: the frame, the tags, the aspect ratio. A clean export is easy to verify and easy to compare, which is the point.
