AI Influencer Videos for Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate video is a volume problem before it is a creative one. Here is how one reusable AI influencer changes the cost per post, what each video costs, and the two disclosures you still owe.
HexUGC is an AI influencer generator. You design one character once, then generate vertical talking-to-camera videos of that character whenever you need one. Affiliate marketers arrive with a sharper version of the problem everyone else in short-form has: the income is in posting often, and posting often means being on camera most days for a commission that may never arrive. A reusable character removes the filming. It does not remove the judgement about what is worth promoting, and anyone selling you the second thing is selling you something else.
Affiliate video is a volume problem first
Most affiliate posts earn nothing. A small number earn nearly all of it, and you cannot tell which in advance, which is why the people who do well at this talk about cadence rather than about craft. The plan that works is simply enough posts that the winners get a chance to appear, held long enough that the account stops looking new.
That plan fails for a predictable reason. Filming costs an hour of your day, so week three is when you quietly stop. The bottleneck is almost never ideas. It is that the cost of the next post is paid in a currency you run out of.
What one video costs
Explicit numbers, because the sum only makes sense with them. A 10 second voiced video is 28 credits. Your first video is $5, then Starter at $15 a month works out at roughly 10 videos, about $1.50 each, and Creator at $30 at roughly 21. There is no free tier.
Set that next to your commission on a single conversion and the question changes shape. It stops being whether a given idea is good enough to be worth an afternoon, and becomes how many ideas you can afford to be wrong about. For most affiliate offers the answer is more than you are currently posting.
The workflow, start to finish
You write a description of the character and get back one sheet: front, left, right and back, head to toe, optionally anchored to photos of a real face. From that sheet you generate stills, a kitchen, a desk, a street, whichever settings your niche actually lives in, and those stills become your library.
A video is then a still, a sentence of direction, and a script you either write or have drafted from a freeform brief. The voice is stamped on the character when you create it, so you are not choosing one per video. Scenes are lip-synced and stitched into a single 9:16 MP4 with word-synced captions burned in, which you download and post yourself.
The same face is the whole point
An affiliate account is a trust instrument. Nobody clicks a link from a stranger who looked different last week, and a face that drifts between posts reads as exactly that. Every still here is generated from the character sheet rather than from the previous image, which is what stops the slow slide into a different person. We covered that failure mode in keeping your AI influencer consistent, and the format-first approach to what the character should actually post in AI influencer strategy.
You owe two disclosures, not one
This is the part affiliate creators get wrong most often. The commercial relationship has to be disclosed under the rules of your network and the consumer law where you live. Separately, the platforms ask you to label realistic synthetic media, and an AI influencer is squarely that. Those are two different obligations and satisfying one does not satisfy the other. We set out the platform half in is AI generated content allowed on TikTok, and what platform payouts require in monetising AI generated videos. Check both against the current rules rather than against our summary of them, because they move.
What this does not do
The limits, plainly. We generate your influencer talking to camera. We do not put the thing you are promoting on screen for you, so if a demo shot matters to the offer, you source that footage and cut it in yourself.
We generate one video at a time. Multi-variant and batch generation are on our roadmap rather than shipped, so testing thirty hooks against one offer in an afternoon is not a job for us today.
We do not publish or schedule to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. You download the file and post it.
And nothing here picks the offer, writes the hook or reads the terms of your affiliate programme. The tool makes the cost of your next post small. What that post says is still yours.
